Hello food enthusiasts! I apologize for posting a few days in, but February is pancake month at Clinton Street Baking Company!

As you know from previous posts, I LOVE Clinton Street's Pancakes and pretty much everything else they make there. So I urge you to partake! My friend BLee and I will be braving the elements and crowds for pumpkin pancakes on Thursday! So, if you can, try to stay home during lunch so I can get in on some.
