The (belated) latest in the Cookbook Trials. Delays to Italy trip and impending move so may not do another one until after I move in June. What I can say from this round is that Charles Gabriel's recipes are IT. Never making candied yams the same way again.

Ginny's Supper Club hosted three NYC chefs, fried chicken, side dishes, and lots of love for Harlem and food with the release and celebration of "Fried & True: 50 Recipes for America's BEST Fried Chicken and Sides" published by Clarkson Potter.
